No 3rd PartiesNo Visa CandidatesOnsite: Juno Beach, FLPay: $60-$64hrProject ManagerSupport the overall management and execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, safety, quality, and performance objectives.Support construction activities performed by contractors and vendors at project sites.Monitor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance throughout project execution.Partner with project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to identify and resolve project issues and maintain progress toward key milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in field walkdowns of planned work and validate completed work against design requirements and project specifications.Review and validate contractor payment requests and work-in-progress.Assess constructability, field conditions, resource allocation, and overall project status.Support scope management, budget oversight, scheduling, contract administration, and resolution of technical issues.Monitor project performance metrics, financial data, and operational trends to support decision-making and project reporting.Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local officials, landowners, and state agencies.Reinforce expectations related to safety, procedural compliance, lessons learned, corrective actions, and appropriate work practices for employees and contractors.Coordinate cross-functional activities across safety, engineering, construction, budgeting, analytics, and contract administration.Interface with the project's designated management committee and provide updates on project status, risks, issues, and performance.Support contractor and vendor management to ensure work is performed in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.Travel to project sites as needed, up to 25%.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field required.PMP certification preferred.6–10 years of experience managing project execution, including contractor and vendor coordination.Experience in the construction and/or renewable energy industry preferred.Demonstrated project management experience across multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with contractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, landowners, and internal stakeholders.Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.Ability to assess field conditions, monitor project performance, and resolve issues in a timely manner.Ability to travel to project sites as required.Office-based position with field travel as needed.
