This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. If you're passionate about health and wellness, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting, this is the opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impressionManage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized mannerPresent and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accuratelySupport the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into membersAnswer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiriesRe-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS softwareAssist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreachMaintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environmentCollaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experienceQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferredStrong phone, computer, and multitasking skillsEnergetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environmentPositive attitude with a team-oriented mindsetMust be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 poundsOffice management or marketing experience is a plusScheduleThis role requires availability Monday - Friday 9:00a - 7:00p, Saturday 9:00a - 4:00p, and Sunday 11:00a - 4:00p.Compensation and Benefits Starting pay: $15 per hour + Performance-based BonusPaid Time OffComplimentary chiropractic careClosed all major HolidaysPaid TrainingOpportunities for career growth within The Joint networkWhy Join UsWhen you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job—you're joining a movement.
