Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for an APP or Physician to join their team! Normal schedule is 4 days a week, 10 hours a day. Our Providers promote a strong belief in Adapt???s philosophy, purpose, and ideals. You will perform essential duties and responsibilities of a Primary Care Physician providing quality care to patients of all ages. Obtain health history and perform exam to determine and execute a diagnosis and treatment plan.
