HVAC Service Manager
OverviewA growing HVAC company is seeking a strong, results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead its service department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead technicians effectively, and is focused on delivering exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth.What You’ll Do • Lead, manage, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians • Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and job completion • Monitor performance metrics including revenue, average ticket, and conversion rates • Ensure accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure resolution • Train and coach technicians in technical and customer service skills • Drive maintenance agreements and IAQ sales • Maintain inventory control and truck stock • Work closely with install and maintenance teams for seamless operationsWhat We’re Looking For • 5+ years of Residential HVAC service experience (leadership preferred) • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Proven leadership and team management ability • Experience with CRM platforms (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, etc.) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Goal-oriented with a focus on performance and accountabilityCompensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses • Company vehicle • Gas card • Company-provided cell phone • Tablet/iPad • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Life insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Sick days • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyWhy Join Us?
