Responsibilities
Oversee daily program operations, ensuring activities align with educational goals and safety standards
Supervise and support program staff, including teachers, activity coordinators, and volunteers
Develop and implement innovative educational programs that promote student engagement and development
Manage administrative tasks using educational administrative software and productivity tools to track attendance, progress, and compliance
Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and community partners to enhance program offerings and address student needs
Ensure a safe environment by enforcing policies related to childcare, health protocols, and emergency procedures
Lead team meetings, provide staff training on child development best practices, and foster a positive team culture
Qualifications
Higher education teaching experience or background in education administration preferred
Proven experience in an afterschool administrative roles or as a school experience coordinator
Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with educational administrative software
Demonstrated ability in staff supervision, personnel management in education, and team leadership
Experience working with children in early childhood education centers or similar settings
Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders
Knowledge of education administration principles within higher education or school environments
Background in childcare or early childhood education is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
