The Enterprise Program Manager will oversee cross-departmental implementation, utilize project management models and skills, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure the successful execution of the program(s) in alignment with corporate strategy, commitments, and goals.Requires learning agility to manage multiple types of programs and the ability to bring together, engage, and mobilize multiple stakeholders/areas (internal and external) to develop effective plans and execute against clearly defined targets.Minimum QualificationsBachelor''s degree and five years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.Strong Project Management SkillsTwo years of project management experience or related experience.Strong Analytical SkillsStrong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information and make recommendations to key decision makersGeneral knowledge of financial concepts -- (i.e. balance sheets, financial statements)Effective Verbal And Written Communication SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookIntermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Program Management:Manages multiple high-level, mission-critical, cross-departmental programs and project(s), from design through implementation, with guidance from executive sponsors and/or business owners:Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develops full-scale project plans, including defining project tasks, timeline, resource requirements, and managing budget and resource allocation.Leads the implementation phase to ensure consistency with stated goals and timelines.Manages and mobilizes work effort across all LOBs and departments to ensure successful planning, execution, and monitoring.Facilitates planning sessions with necessary stakeholders to align departmental/program efforts with corporate goals to deliver resultsMonitors on-going program dynamics, escalates and manages risks, and resolves issues.Keeps stakeholders and program leads (business owners and executive sponsors) informed of progress and communicates/presents progress and status to a variety of audiences.Visualizes and presents information in a way that highlights a program/project''s areas of excellence and areas of improvementProvides work direction and leadership to program team, including scheduling and assignment of work and review of individual project effortsImplements and manages changes and interventions to achieve outputs.Cross-Functional Integration And CommunicationCreates and fosters working relationships with internal and external parties that facilitate program success:Keeps an open line of communication between key stakeholders where information is monitored and sharedFacilitates meetings and discussions to achieve consensus and enter into enforceable contracts for the assigned projectManages relationships and contracts with vendors providing services under the project as neededCoordinates and documents steering and leadership committee/team activitiesEnsures changes to guidelines, policies, and procedures are analyzed and fully communicated to impacted partiesResearch And AnalysisReceives high-level business requirements and develops detailed requirements.
