Operations Manager

Atlas Rd. is a small consulting firm that works with early-stage companies to help them raise capital through equity crowdfunding. We oversee and advise on all aspects of a crowdfund, including drafting and filing offering documents with the SEC, overseeing day-to-day operations of a crowdfunding, executing on marketing strategies, working with a number of different vendors, and interfacing regularly with different founders to help them find the best path forward for their companies.Responsibilities:At Atlas Rd., the Operations Manager’s responsibilities will include:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of live crowdfunding rounds.Interfacing with broker-dealers and funding portals to ensure regulatory compliance across all clientsPreparing client facing materials, including investor decks, campaign reports, and recommended marketing strategies.Communicating directly with clients on a daily basis.Providing actionable insights from data-driven analysis.Minimum Qualifications:Degree is Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field2-4 years of experience in finance/fundraising roles or 3-5 years of project management experience.Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, build financial projections, run queries, and build pivot tables.Are capable of keeping multiple balls in the air and managing multiple vendors across a range of clients to ensure projects stay on schedule.Experience in developing and implementing new processes Eagerness to learn and ability to operate in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Marketing experience preferredExperieince with CRMs or similar products (Hubspot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp)Familiarity with equity crowdfunding, including an understanding of SEC regulations governing Regulation D, CF, and A offerings.Understanding of cap table management.Experience with capital fundraising in some capacity
