Become part of a group which delivers state-of-the-art care with a full service staff.PsychiatristMust be able to evaluate, identify, diagnose and treat patients with behavioral or emotional disorders for ages 16 and upMust be able to conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medication and evaluate treatment resultsMust be able to coordinate/communicate with the interdisciplinary team which includes physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and a team of therapists in managing patient challenges/behavioral dysfunctionAt least 2 years of experience in the clinical settingsRequirementsPsychiatrist License to practice in TexasMust be able to maintain a consistent and dependable work schedule (8-5 M-F)Must have experience working with patients ages 16 and up, individually or with their families, as neededMust be an effective communicator, able to easily build and maintain relationships with patientsMust have a working knowledge of EMR/EHR, highly organized, and an ability to problem-solveBi-lingual is a plusJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $250000-300000Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Performance Bonus
