Role Overview We are seeking a highly disciplined, articulate, and performance-driven Technical Sales Consultant to drive engagement across our Enterprise and Government verticals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA. In this quota-carrying role, you will manage complex, high-value procurement cycles that require a sophisticated understanding of both technical architecture and institutional buying behavior.You will be the technical face of the company during high-stakes sales calls, responsible for delivering seamless, live product demonstrations directly to C-suite executives and government leaders. Because these accounts involve moving parts and extended timelines, success requires an individual who is extremely organized and diligent in sales pipeline management, ensuring flawless execution from initial discovery through to close.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client Engagement: Own the technical relationship with Enterprise and Government entities, expertly navigating multi-layered procurement and decision-making processes.High-Impact Demonstrations: Conduct flawless, live product demonstrations during high-stakes sales calls, effectively articulating value, functionality, and ROI to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.Pipeline Excellence: Maintain extreme organization and diligence in pipeline management, ensuring every stage of the CRM sales cycle is meticulously tracked, updated, and optimized for conversion.Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and quarterly performance goals.Qualifications & ExperienceEnterprise Sales Track Record: Prior experience in technical sales or consulting roles is required, with strong sales and consulting skills to identify client needs, articulate solutions, and build lasting client relationships.Technical Competence & Problem Solving: Proficient in technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges, with excellent analytical skills to assess client requirements and customize technical solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly to diverse, non-technical audiences.Software Proficiency: Required proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.Core Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset; independently motivated yet a dedicated team player who takes complete ownership of their pipeline.What We Offer We reward top-tier talent with a highly competitive compensation package featuring an aggressive, uncapped commission and bonus structure, offering unlimited earning potential for professionals who consistently exceed targets.
