Job Description Lead Developer (OutSystems & Alteryx Developer)Location: Durham, NC (remote)Employment Type: 12 Months contractsVisa: Independent Visa onlyPosition Overview:We are looking for an experienced Lead OutSystems & Alteryx Developer to support the development of modern enterprise applications and data automation initiatives. This role will focus on delivering scalable low-code solutions, streamlining business processes, and enabling data-driven decision- making through advanced workflow automation and analytics.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in OutSystems application development and Alteryx-based data engineering solutions, while partnering with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality digital products in a fast-paced Agile environment.Required Skills & Qualifications:9+ years of hands-on experience in OutSystems developmentStrong expertise in developing Reactive Web and Mobile applications using OutSystemsProven experience with Alteryx Designer for data preparation, transformation, and analyticsStrong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and API integrationsExperience working with REST and SOAP web services and integration patternsSolid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application ecosystemsExposure to cloud-native architectures and integration frameworksAbility to work directly with business stakeholders and technical leadershipExperience driving application modernization and process automation initiativesStrong verbal and written communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Develop and enhance enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform, including Reactive Web and Mobile solutionsDesign, implement, and maintain automated data workflows and analytical processes using Alteryx DesignerBuild integrations with internal and external systems through APIs, web services, and database connectivityWork closely with business users, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsOptimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability through best development practicesParticipate in Agile planning sessions, sprint activities, code reviews, and release management processesIdentify and resolve technical issues related to applications, integrations, and data processing workflowsContribute to continuous improvement efforts by recommending enhancements to development standards and solution architectureSupport testing, deployment, and production readiness activities across project lifecyclesNoteCertifications Required:Any OutSystems Certification (either Associate or Professional Developer)Alteryx Certification required
