Lead Generation Specialist
Job Title: Lead Generation SpecialistOverviewMoore Junk Removal & Recycling of Temple, Texas has an immediate opening for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and qualify new business opportunities. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through both digital and direct outreach strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on networking, enjoys working in the community, and is passionate about sustainability and recycling initiatives. Part-time, temporary position.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend weekly business strategy meetings to update sales progressGenerate new leads through outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, social media, in-person networking and “door pulling”Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple platformsMaintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity dataManage the operations calendar and set appointments for owner job estimatesTrack, analyze, and report on lead generation performance metricsManage resale activities on Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, or other platforms and update owner on weekly trendsQualificationsProven experience in lead generation, sales, or business developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targetsFamiliarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Experience with digital marketing, social media outreach, or cold callingStrong organizational and time management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with SEO and online lead generation strategiesKnowledge of email marketing platforms and automation toolsAbility to analyze data and adjust strategies for better performanceCompensationBase pay: $11.25 per hour, 3 to 9 hours per week, up to $405.00 per monthAdditional bonus opportunities based on new client sales at 15% commission on jobs over $300.00Temporary, part-time 60-day contractIf sales meet or exceed structured goals, extend 30 daysUpon completion of 90 days meeting or exceeding structured goals, promote to Sales Manager and begin training a new Lead Generation SpecialistWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent flow of qualified leads entering the sales pipelineIncreased conversion rates from prospect to customerMeasurable contribution to company revenue growthWhat To Expect If Selected As A Candidate· In-person interview at the Temple warehouseo Discuss why you are a good candidate for the positiono Share what experience you have in generating leads, how and on what platformso Describe how you would convert leads into sales in your first 30 days· Onboarding packet requirements· Shadow the owner· Develop standard operating procedures and work schedule for your position
