A company is looking for a Manufacturing Rotational Program Associate to join their Early Career Talent Development Program. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily operations within each rotation, collaborating with cross-functional teams Analyze data and produce actionable insights to improve manufacturing performance Participate in strategic projects and present findings to leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate Eagerness to learn, with an interest in manufacturing Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Prior internship, co-op, or work experience in manufacturing roles is preferred
