Construction Sales Representative

Job Description Design-Build Remodeling SalesWe are looking for a Construction Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, develop project concepts, and guide clients through the early stages of the remodeling and construction process.This is a consultative sales role, not a high-pressure sales environment. Our sales representatives work closely with homeowners to understand their goals, develop project ideas, and help guide them through budgeting, design planning, and the preconstruction process.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands residential construction, and can confidently lead homeowners through the early stages of a remodeling project.Responsibilities• Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling and construction projects• Evaluate project scope, feasibility, and budget expectations• Take measurements and gather information needed for project planning• Develop initial project concepts and budgets• Work with the design team to refine layouts and project scope• Present proposals and guide clients through the decision process• Maintain communication with clients during the preconstruction phase• Help transition projects to the production team once contracts are signed• Maintain strong client relationships and provide a professional customer experienceQualifications• Sales experience (construction or home services preferred)• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Comfortable meeting with homeowners and leading project discussions• Ability to understand construction concepts and project scope• Organized and able to manage multiple active opportunities• Professional appearance and demeanor when meeting clients• Valid driver's licenseWhat We're Looking For• Someone who enjoys helping clients bring their ideas to life• Strong listener who can understand client needs and priorities• Confident communicator who can guide homeowners through decisions• Self-motivated and comfortable managing their own schedule• Team-oriented mindset with strong professionalismCompensationCommission-based compensation with strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.Leads are provided through company marketing and referrals.Opportunity for GrowthThis position plays a key role in helping the company continue to grow.
