Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Medical Records Clerk to join our team!JOB SUMMARY: The Health Information Management Clerk maintains and protects health information with the designated records set and is responsible for disclosing information in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner in accordance with laws, system policies, and standard operating procedures. QualificationsEducation/Certification: High School Diploma, or general education degree (GED). AHIMA Certification of RHIT, RHIA, or CHPS preferred.Experience: One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Equipment/Technology: Ability to use hospital information system. Experience with computer systems and telecommunications technology.
