Junior Network Administrator

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Assist in the configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of routers, switches, and SD-WAN solutions. Support the design and implementation of routing policies and traffic steering configurations. Perform LAN switching administration, including VLAN configuration, spanning tree, and trunking. Assist with the configuration and troubleshooting of OSPF and BGP routing protocols. Monitor network health, availability, and performance; escalate anomalies and assist in root cause analysis. Support configuration and maintenance of firewall rules, ACLs, and IPsec VPN tunnels.What You'll Need DoD TS/SCI Clearance is required. DoD 8570/8140-compliant certification at IAT Level II (CompTIA Security+ CE minimum). Demonstrated understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing protocols, and WAN technologies. Practical experience with LAN switching concepts on Juniper EX Series or Cisco Catalyst platforms. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and certifications.
