A skilled Travel Occupational Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services at a large skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. This contract position offers an opportunity to deliver quality care in a dynamic environment while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team.Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Active California Occupational Therapy license or in-process under 60-day rule • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred; new graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship • Strong documentation skills, especially using Net Health or similar systems • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities • Flexible and collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members • Availability for preferred schedules: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday • Willingness to float to a nearby sister facility within walking distance as neededResponsibilities: • Evaluate and treat patients in the skilled nursing facility setting • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans • Complete timely and accurate documentation per facility standards using the designated electronic health record systemLocation: Monterey, CA, offers a delightful blend of coastal beauty and vibrant community living.
