Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Description CSR Customer Service Representative Claims Team Reports To: The CSR will report to the Sales Floor Manager Job Overview: CSR will be responsible for talking to customers and their insurance company in order to successfully schedule windshield replacements. CSR will utilize computer programs and phone calls in order to facilitate this. Excellent verbal and written communication along with a strong problem-solving skill set are essential to advance in this position. Commission earned for each job booked that gets successfully completed. Responsibilities and Duties: · Answer incoming customer inquiries – booking insurance jobs · Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services and policies. · Record customer information within our customer service database. · Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. · Offer support and solutions to the customer in accordance with the company’s customer service policies. · Handles online quotes and emails from customers · Handles gmail, IM chats, and other interoffice communication The responsibilities and duties listed in this job description are not meant to be a comprehensive list of all tasks required for this position. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred. Proficiency in data entry and office software applications is essential.
