Job description:
BX Studio, a leading Webflow design-and-development agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Framer Developer to build and maintain complex websites for a client retainer. This is apart-time role of approximately four hours per day, with the potential for longer-term work basedon performance. You will collaborate with designers, strategists, and developers, communicatedirectly with the client, and deliver responsive, accurate websites.
What you'll do:
- Lead complex Framer builds end-to-end, from scoping and wireframes through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Build scalable Framer websites using reusable components and clear site structures.
- Translate design files into production-ready Framer websites with accurate visualexecution and responsive behavior.
- Implement required functionality, integrations, and custom code when Framer's nativetools are not sufficient.
- Optimize accessibility, SEO, page speed, and analytics implementation.
- Communicate directly with the client and internal stakeholders, providing technical guidance, estimates, and solutions.
- Document work clearly and deliver against agreed timelines.
Role requirements:
- Senior-level Framer expertise and a proven track record of delivering complex websites.
- A portfolio demonstrating complex Framer website work.
- If your professional experience is exclusively in Framer development, you must have at least 5 years of experience.
- Experience working with SaaS brands
- Ability to communicate directly with clients in fluent English.
- Strong attention to detail across responsive breakpoints and browsers.
- Strong scoping, documentation, and delivery skills.
- Reliability and initiative in a fully remote environment.
