Framer DeveloperJob descriptionBX Studio, a leading Webflow design-and-development agency, is looking for an experiencedSenior Framer Developer to build and maintain complex websites for a client retainer. This is apart-time role of approximately four hours per day, with the potential for longer-term work basedon performance. You will collaborate with designers, strategists, and developers, communicatedirectly with the client, and deliver responsive, accurate websites.What you'll do● Lead complex Framer builds end-to-end, from scoping and wireframes through launch and post-launch optimization.● Build scalable Framer websites using reusable components and clear site structures.● Translate design files into production-ready Framer websites with accurate visualexecution and responsive behavior.● Implement required functionality, integrations, and custom code when Framer's nativetools are not sufficient.● Optimize accessibility, SEO, page speed, and analytics implementation.● Communicate directly with the client and internal stakeholders, providing technical guidance, estimates, and solutions.● Document work clearly and deliver against agreed timelines.Role requirements● Senior-level Framer expertise and a proven track record of delivering complex websites.● A portfolio demonstrating complex Framer website work.● If your professional experience is exclusively in Framer development, you must have at least 5 years of experience.● Experience working with SaaS brands● Ability to communicate directly with clients in fluent English.● Strong attention to detail across responsive breakpoints and browsers.● Strong scoping, documentation, and delivery skills.● Reliability and initiative in a fully remote environment.
