We are working to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025, transforming the face of venture capital. We run VC Lab, the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide, and operate the Decile Hub platform, which combines CRM, back office, digital signing, data room, and many other critical tools for VCs.We are hiring a Head of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our complex and market-leading business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills who can optimize and scale our operational processes to support hundreds of venture capital firms globally.Responsibilities:Oversee the operational infrastructure of our fund administration business, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our growing portfolio of VC firmsDevelop and implement operational strategies that balance efficiency, quality, and scalability while delivering a delightful experience for our clientsCollaborate with product teams to align roadmap priorities with customer feedback and rollout initiatives (e.g., feature launches, UX enhancements, onboarding flows) that measurably improve customer experience and retentionBuild and lead a high-performing team of fund operations and customer success professionals across multiple time zonesCreate and manage benchmarks and reporting systems to drive continuous operational improvement and best-in-class customer serviceCollaborate with the executive team to align operational capabilities with company growth targetsEnsure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions for our fund administration clientsDrive automation and process optimization to increase capacity while maintaining our 90+ NPSManage relationships with key service providers and strategic partners that can support the portfolioImplement risk management protocols and best practices across the organizationWhat You Have:10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fund administration leadershipAhead of trends in AI for support, automation, and customer intelligence toolsProven track record of scaling fund operations in a high-growth environmentStrong understanding of venture capital fund structures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practicesExperience building and leading remote teams across multiple geographiesExceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity through complex situationsStrong project management capabilities and attention to detailExperience with operational technology implementation and optimizationWhat We Offer:Opportunity to help transform venture capital into a force for good in the worldLeadership role in a fast-growing company with global impactVibrant work environment of passionate and capable peersOpportunities for personal growth and professional developmentCompetitive compensation package including equityFlexible remote work environmentIf you don't tick every box above, we'd still encourage you to apply.
