Senior Portfolio Manager - Energy, a full-time hybrid or remote role, is responsible for managing construction fundings and operating projects within the Project Finance portfolio, executing deal modifications, and maintaining client relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly diligence and draws on construction loans, and manage deal modification requests Act as Administrative Agent, coordinating communication among Borrowers, Lenders, and legal counsel Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with covenants and preparing for reviewsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Credit Analysis and Credit Underwriting, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience Preferred education in Business, Finance, or Economics 5 years of experience in Project Finance or Energy Finance within banking or investment sectors Completion of a formal credit training program is preferred Experience in financial modeling and negotiating deal legal documentation
