Senior Carrier Relations Lead

A company is looking for a Senior Carrier Relations Lead responsible for managing strategic relationships with global telecommunications carriers and network infrastructure providers. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for assigned carriers, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment with business priorities Lead complex commercial negotiations and utilize AI-assisted pricing analytics to support negotiation strategies Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives across various connectivity services while partnering with NOC and Engineering teams to improve service quality Required Qualifications Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in telecommunications wholesale carrier relations, procurement, or network operations Deep knowledge of carrier technologies including IP networks, fiber transport, and cloud connectivity Demonstrated success in negotiating large-scale commercial agreements Experience applying AI or automation tools in areas such as spend analysis and network monitoring Strong analytical, financial, and contractual capability
