If you're an experienced sales professional who wants their income tied to what they actually produce, this is worth a look.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGProspecting 30+ qualified targets per week across DC, Northern Virginia, and MarylandRunning personalized LinkedIn and email outreach to decision makersBooking and leading 3 to 5 discovery calls per weekWorking directly with the founder to scope and close proposalsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORSomeone who has done this before. You've built a pipeline from nothing, you know how to get a stranger on a call, and you don't need daily check-ins to stay on track. Familiarity with the DMV nonprofit or professional services market is a real advantage.You'll also need your own home office setup, reliable internet, and a LinkedIn account in good standing.COMPENSATIONCommission-based 1099 contractor role. No base salary or benefits. Compensation is tied directly to closed revenue. Structure and rate discussed during the interview.WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITHYou'll work directly with the founder, a senior technology executive with over 15 years of experience across software, enterprise, and the nonprofit sector.
