A key factor to success in this position is driving cross team coordination of all PBM ADM activities inclusive of tracking of deliverables and pre and post deployment activities. Required skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; strong technical background (development and infrastructure); AS/400 based application performance tuning.Additional Skills: oral and written communications skills, analytical and problem solving skills, Healthcare experience or big box retail experience is a significant plus, PBM experience, Experience with large-scale distributed systems using message queues, TPMs, ETLs
