Sales Recruiter (Austin)
Looking for a GTM Recruiter to source and screen candidates . You'll play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional GTM/Sales candidates. This position requires someone with strong networking skills, an understanding of sales roles, and a talent for spotting high-potential candidates.Recruiter contract rate : Starts $45-55+/hr - FT 40 hours, 90 day contract to startMust have proven experience in sales, customer success and sales related recruitingThis will be a hybrid role, must be open to 1-2 days in Austin officeKey Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit sales and GTM rolesDevelop and execute recruiting strategies to build a pool of high-caliber candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry connections.Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fitPartner with hiring managers to understand the qualifications and qualities that make successful sales representatives.Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.Experience working with Sales execs, proven track recordLinkedIn expert. Creating projects, pipelines, pitches, etc.Proactively pipelining candidatesExperience serving up weekly progress reports to leadersQualifications:Recruiting experience with a focus on sales rolesProven ability to source and attract top talent, with a strong network and knowledge of effective recruiting tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Experience with ATS software and familiarity with recruiting on social media platforms.
