Contract Administrator

Job Title: Contracts Administrator IILocation: RemoteSchedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)Duration: 7 Months (Possibility of extension)Position OverviewResponsible for a variety of activities related to contracts management and compliance for corporate development such as negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and/or partners. Serves as a liaison between groups such as Corporate Development, Sales, Legal and technical departments regarding contractual information. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications, and other requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate, structure, review, and administer a variety of contractual agreements.Serve as a liaison between Corporate Development, Sales, Legal, and technical departments on contractual matters.Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and applicable specifications.Track contract performance, compliance, financials, and key milestones.Ensure adherence to established contracting policies and procedures.Monitor contract progress and assist with compiling performance, compliance, and financial reports.Compile contractual data for budgeting, billing, cost reimbursement, and financial tracking.Communicate contract updates, changes, and key information to critical stakeholders.Provide guidance and support to internal and external customers regarding contractual requirements.Maintain accurate contract records, customer databases, and documentation.Prepare and deliver reports for senior management.Perform additional contract-related duties as assigned.Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (required).Professional certification or advanced degree (preferred).Minimum of 4 years of directly related contracts management experience.Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries (preferred).Proven experience managing external business relationships.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues creatively and practically.Demonstrated sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve contract objectives.Ability to evaluate data involving multiple identifiable factors.Experience planning, developing, and recommending effective contract management strategies.Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation.Effective communication skills for cross-functional and external collaboration.Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
