The Heating Air Conditioning Specialist will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems all through the Valley. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing plumbing-related concerns in HVAC systems when needed. The role also involves engaging with customers directly to provide support and ensure their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism. Need someone with minimum 5-10 years + experience that has their own work truck, phone, and tools. Looking for reliable sub-contractors on a 1099 basis. QualificationsProficiency in HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenanceClean license and work history requiredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in preventive maintenance and maintaining system efficiencyCapabilities in plumbing as related to HVAC systemsExcellent customer service skills to ensure positive client interactionsAbility to work effectively in an on-site environment and provide solutions efficientlyCertified HVAC technician license or relevant certifications preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training is a plusStrong teamwork skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards
