Machine Operator

Our client, a leading metal manufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Team supporting the creation of wire screen cloth. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and the ability to multi-task, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Production Operator Location: Luck, WI Shifts Open: 1st shift and 2nd shift  Pay Range: $19.00 - $19.75 per hour What's the Job? Reading blueprints to understand production requirements Operating equipment to produce high-quality products Assembling components and ensuring product integrity Sanding and cutting materials as needed Utilizing hand tools, electrical tools, and pneumatic tools effectively What's Needed? Prior manufacturing experience is preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes Punctuality and reliability in attendance What's in it for me?
