Sr. IT Project/Program Manager

As an IT Project/Program Manager, you will work with the Application Program Management Team and manage project teams to build software solutions that integrate common services across our application portfolio and other enterprise systems used by Company's customers and dealers. The integration of applications with various Digital Platform capabilities that are built on the latest technologies by adopting industry's best architecture patterns, security best practices etc. are critical for application's success and its adoption. The IT Project/Program Manager is accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget, and error-free. Manage the planning and execution of project team members. Manage the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget. Support various project teams and obtain/provide a variety of information starting at concept stage and continuing through prototype, pilot, implementation and follow-up stages of various projects. Develop and produce project management schedules. Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately. Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making. Manage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including affected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc. Work with individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates. Monitor progress of projects, discuss problems with affected areas, assure appropriate personnel are informed of problems and steps are in place to meet schedules. Depending on the nature of problems, recommend possible solutions and alternatives. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, business) with 6+ years experience Desirable: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP certification, Change Management Certification Required Skills 6 years' experience in managing a project from inception to completion, with ability to lead the team to alignment Leading end-to-end program management in a cross-functional matrix organization 6+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in Agile development, business partners, and product managers Proven experience with project management concepts including charters, scheduling and planning, and successful completion; ability to walk teams through creation of project charters and scope alignment 2+ years experience with Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) and Confluence Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project Experience in large organizational change management Experience in strategic thinking, alignment and direction Desirable Certifications & Experience: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP certification, Change Management Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt (nice to have) Some Scrum Master experience in addition to required project management experience Experience with large enterprise-level organizations Experience with ecommerce applications/projects 2+ years experience with Power BI (nice to have) Soft Skills Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence actions inside and outside the department Strong project management, team leadership, communication, multitasking, analytical and organizational skills Strong communication and presentation skills 401(k) Dental insurance Vision insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Website: https://www.dsnworldwide.com J-18808-Ljbffr
