Varsity Head Coach - Girls Flag Football

Aurora Central Catholic High School seeks a Varsity Girls Flag Football Head Coach to join a growing Athletics department committed to seeing student-athletes succeed in all their endeavors. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who seeks to make an impact in a fast-paced, purposeful work environment and who understands the importance of contributing to the broader life of the school community.Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Knowledge Bachelor's degree Head coach experience, ideally in a high school, college, or university setting. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Team-oriented individual with the ability to take initiative. Ability to represent the school and program in a professional and enthusiastic manner to on and off campus constituencies. Knowledge of social media and methods of program promotion.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Athletic Director, the Varsity Girls Flag Football Head Coach will be responsible for the following: Supervises and operates all phases of a competitive flag football program. Plans, organizes and administers all in-season practice sessions. Oversees the issuing and collecting of all equipment, uniforms, supplies, and materials. Creates an environment that encourages participation and implements methods to grow the flag football program in its first year starting fall of 2026. Maintains positive public relations with the community through an assortment of events including camps and clinics. Demonstrates a working knowledge of IHSA rules and regulations. Supports the mission, vision, and values of Aurora Central Catholic High School and the Rockford Archdiocese. Performs other duties as assigned.J-18808-Ljbffr
