Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry (Med Surg/Tele) to join our healthcare team. This role offers opportunities to work with diverse patient populations, including those requiring critical care, post-acute care, geriatrics, pediatrics, and behavioral health. Experience with complex medical procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, suturing, ventilator management, and infectious disease care is highly valued. Position: RN-MS/Tele Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) Contract Duration: 13-weeks (possible extension) Location: Odessa, TX 79761 Start Date: 02/17/2026 Travel Pay Rate: $2844/wk. for 48hrs. Requirements: - 2YR experience required Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiology evaluations. Administer medications and injections accurately following HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques. Manage airway support and ventilator systems for critically ill patients. Perform diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection/processing, sonography, and radiologic procedures like mammography. Provide specialized care for patients with complex needs including trauma medicine, ICU cases, neonatal ventilator management, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, hospice & palliative medicine, and infectious disease management. Document all patient interactions meticulously within EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner. Assist with discharge planning, case management, and education tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain infection control standards and adhere to OSHA guidelines for sterile processing and aseptic techniques.
