Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role located in Roanoke, VA, for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee marketing strategies across multiple businesses, manage social media campaigns, generate leads, and analyze performance metrics through web analytics. This individual will drive digital marketing efforts to engage customers, strengthen brand presence, and ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives. Collaborating with team members and utilizing innovative marketing techniques will be core aspects of the role.QualificationsProficiency in Social Media Marketing and strategies to enhance online engagementExperience in Lead Generation and building customer acquisition pipelinesStrong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing campaign executionKnowledge of Web Analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performanceExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsExcellent time management skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferredPrevious experience in managing marketing for diverse business portfolios is a plus
