As a Personal Outcomes Champion, you play a key role in making sure individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive services that reflect who they are and what matters to them.This is a hands on leadership position for someone who enjoys being present in programs, supporting staff, and solving problems with purpose. You will oversee multiple residential homes, guide Program Managers, and help ensure services are safe, compliant, and truly person centered. Most importantly, you will be an advocate for the people we support and a steady presence for the teams who support them every day.Some Of What You’ll DoVisit assigned homes each week to support staff, observe services, and ensure people are receiving quality careSupervise and coach Program Managers, helping them grow as confident leadersStep in to support Direct Support Professionals when leadership coverage is neededEnsure services follow state regulations, licensing requirements, and KenCrest policiesReview key records such as ISP documentation, medication logs, health plans, and safety paperworkWork closely with nursing staff to support the health and medical needs of individualsHelp teams plan meaningful goals and outcomes with individuals at the center of every decisionReview staffing schedules and budgets to use resources responsibly and limit overtime when possiblePromote safety through training, monitoring, and timely response to incidentsAdvocate for individuals by protecting their rights, voices, and personal choicesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 6 months experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesSupervisory experience in the I/DD field requiredCertification in Medication Administration for the state of DelawareAbility to complete and maintain required training, including CPR and First AidValid driver’s license requiredIND123Annual
