The Project Administrator will support project managers by providing administrative and operational assistance. Daily responsibilities include coordinating projects, maintaining schedules and documentation, preparing reports, communicating with vendors and clients, tracking project progress, and ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines. The role also requires efficient collaboration with different teams to ensure projects are effectively executed and completed on schedule.QualificationsProject Coordination and Administrative Support: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage schedules, prepare reports, and handle project-related documentation.Communication and Client Management: Excellent interpersonal skills for effectively communicating with vendors, clients, and internal teams.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to handle project challenges and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth execution.Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Knowledge of software like Microsoft Project, Excel, and other relevant tools to track project progress.Team Collaboration and Execution: Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.Experience in the construction, fencing, or security solutions industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment effectively.
