Team members collaborate in a fast-paced, field-focused environment where safety, quality, and customer service are central values.Role Description The Commercial Irrigation Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This role oversees day-to-day scheduling and coordination of irrigation crews, ensuring projects and service calls are planned efficiently and completed on time. Responsibilities include organizing work orders, tracking job progress, communicating with field supervisors and technicians, and updating project and maintenance records in company systems. The coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding irrigation service requests, site access, and project status. Additional duties include monitoring inventory of irrigation materials, assisting with basic documentation and reporting, and supporting continuous improvement of operational processes.Qualifications Operational coordination and planning skills, including experience scheduling teams, organizing work orders, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Administrative and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, update databases or software systems, and prepare basic reports.Communication and customer service skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with field crews, managers, and clients.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying issues in workflow, resolving scheduling conflicts, and supporting efficient operations.Basic understanding of commercial irrigation or landscaping operations, or willingness to learn technical concepts related to irrigation systems and field work.Proficiency with common office and scheduling software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, calendars; experience with field service or project management tools is a plus).Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, including occasional visits to job sites; commitment to safety standards and adherence to company policies.High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or experience in operations, logistics, construction, landscaping, or related fields is beneficial.
