Janitorial Area Manager- Full Time- 1st Shift Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. I-70 Interstate Rest Stop Areas and various sites throughout - Licking & Muskingum Counties $250.00 Signing Bonus! Pay: $ 21.50 Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Must be flexible to work nights and weekends when necessary) Benefits Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance 11 Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Job growth potential Job Duties Supervise, train, direct and assist Goodwill Employees Ensure security and proper use of company assets Comply with company policies, procedures, safety practices, and enforce laws and regulations Prepare and manage all employee cleaning schedules, training and performance evaluations Ensure all janitorial supplies and equipment are ordered in a timely manner Oversee payroll, FMLA Maintain regular customer communication and respond to concerns and service requests Maintain accurate records, log notes, employee files, reports and correspondence as required Fill in during staff absences to ensure all cleaning requirements are met All other duties as assigned Experience Required Must have supervisory experience Have strong communication, leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask, make independent decisions, and maintain confidentiality Have knowledge of computers and keeping daily reports Proficient in Microsoft Office All other duties as assigned Basic Requirements You must be at least 21 years old Must have Diploma or GED Have a valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (Will be driving company car)All training provided for use of special equipment Pass background check and drug screening Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions (Snow removal and lawn care required) 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities Bending, walking, squatting, stooping, lift 50 pounds Stand for 2 hours with break JOB ID: ODOT-Heb/Musk-Counties-01 05/18/2026 - 06/21/2026 EOE/AA/NGS/VET/Disability
