Senior Strategic Sourcing ManagerSenior Strategic Sourcing Manager Englewood, CO- 80112-5905Contract Duration: 3 Month contract to hireJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to join our team as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager.Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing, this role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and support sourcing activities.As a key player in our organization, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies across multiple categories, contributing significantly to the continued success and growth of our company.Key ResponsibilitiesReview historical spending and purchases to develop new category strategiesIdentify process improvement opportunities in sourcing & supplier interactionsBuild and execute negotiation strategies & develop award recommendationsEvaluate current suppliers & advise stakeholders on new and existing contractsOwn sourcing events end to end; develop, manage & document requirements processDevelop negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiationsDraft contract language and work with business units to define requirementsIdentify, analyse, & mitigate contractual riskProvide support in vendor relationship management, escalation, & dispute resolutionRequirementsBachelors Degree from an accredited college.8-10 years of relevant management experience in the area of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and business analysis.Working PlaceEnglewood, Colorado, United StatesCompanyESR Healthcare
