Business Process Analyst

JOOLA is seeking for a Business Process Analyst that will support the Enterprise Process Excellence function, working alongside the Business Process Manager to map, document, and improve business processes across the organization. This role focuses on translating complex workflows into clear, actionable process documentation and supporting the change management efforts needed to embed new ways of working. As the company scales into new product lines and markets, this person will play a key role in building the operational foundation that makes growth sustainable.This is a hands-on, analytical role that works across all departments – from Order Management and Fulfillment to Sales, Finance, and Product. Strong process thinking, clear writing, and the ability to build relationships across teams are essential.Responsibilities:Process Mapping & DocumentationMap current-state and future-state workflows across O2C, P2P, GTM, and NPI functionsDocument end-to-end process flows for order intake, validation, prioritization, fulfillment coordination, routing, ASN, billing, and complianceMaintain and continuously improve a living process library – SOPs, flowcharts, and decision trees – that teams use for reference and onboardingSupport inventory allocation process documentation including FIFO logic, reserved inventory rules, and ATS/inventory feed designProcess Improvement & AnalysisIdentify manual bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and error-prone steps across the O2C pipelineAnalyze process data to quantify the impact of inefficiencies and prioritize improvement opportunitiesRecommend workflow automation opportunities and support implementation with cross-functional teamsTrack and report on the impact of process improvement initiatives over timeChange Management SupportSupport the Business Process Manager in rolling out process changes across departmentsCreate training materials, quick reference guides, and communication assets for new workflowsTrack adoption rates post-launch and surface any gaps to the Business Process ManagerFacilitate process walkthroughs and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholdersCross-Functional CollaborationWork directly with team leads and managers across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Product to understand current processesFacilitate process discovery sessions – interviews, shadowing, and workshops – to capture accurate current-state documentationAct as a trusted resource for teams looking to improve or document their workflowsQualifications:Experience: 2–4 years in business analysis, process improvement, operations, or a related analytical roleBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Skills: Strong process mapping and documentation skills; proficiency with flowcharting tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar)Analytical: Comfortable working with operational data; able to identify patterns and translate findings into clear recommendationsCommunication: Excellent written communication – clear, structured SOPs and process documents for non-technical audiencesCollaboration: Natural relationship builder; effective working with stakeholders across all levels and departmentsIndustry: Experience in consumer goods, wholesale/retail, or supply chain is a plus but not requiredTools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP or OMS systems (NetSuite a plus); project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.)About JOOLA:JOOLA was first established in 1952 and built a global reputation as a pioneer in table tennis.
