Role: Technical Program Coordinator(Medical Device exp needed)Location: Madison, WIFTE Only$140k-$150kKey ResponsibilitiesTest Engineering (~60%) Own end-to-end validation of offshore-developed changes, including:o Test strategy, test case development, and executiono Results analysis, defect identification, and feedback to TCS teams Act as the on-site validation authority, ensuring quality and completeness of changes before release Set up and manage test environments in Madison, including:o Hardware setup and system-level integrationo Software installation and configurationo Network setup and troubleshooting Partner with TCS and Accuray engineering teams to:o Clarify requirements and expected system behavioro Ensure testability and sufficient coverage of offshore-developed changes Ensure all validation activities align with Accuray SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory expectations Identify gaps in test coverage, unclear requirements, or incomplete handoffs from TCS and drive resolutionProject Coordination (~40%) Act as the primary coordination point between Accuray and TCS engineering teams Translate high-level engineering intent into clear, actionable tasks for TCS teams Proactively identify and resolve unclear ownership, missing information, blocked decisions Track and drive dependencies, risks and issues, action items and deliverables Facilitate technical discussions and working sessions across geographies and time zones Drive execution discipline and accountability, particularly for offshore-driven work Escalate risks early and ensure timely resolution Balance speed vs. compliance, ensuring quality and regulatory requirements are not compromisedQualificationsExperience 10+ years of combined experience in engineering, testing, and/or project coordination roles Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in verification and validation (V&V) Demonstrated experience in system-level testing and integration of externally developed components or changes Proven experience working across global/distributed teams (onshore–offshore model)Technical Skills: Strong experience with:o Hardware/system setup and integrationo Software installation and configurationo Network configuration and troubleshooting Ability to validate and debug complex, integrated systems Experience defining and executing test strategies in regulated environments (medical device experience preferred)
