Working remotely, the full-time salaried Senior Process Development Engineer will focus on upstream process development, including the design and optimization of bioprocesses for drug production. Key responsibilities Design and optimize upstream bioprocesses for drug production Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals Analyze process data to drive continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field Experience in upstream process development within the biopharmaceutical industry Strong understanding of bioprocessing techniques and technologies Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling software Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
