What You’ll Do
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Monitor, guide, protect, and encourage children throughout the day
Plan and implement meaningful, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and schedules
Design and maintain well-defined learning centers that inspire exploration
Develop instructional materials and hands-on classroom activities
Maintain accurate attendance, emergency information, and developmental profiles
Communicate regularly and professionally with families
Conduct scheduled parent-teacher conferences
Assist children with meals, routines, and classroom clean-up
Ensure classroom and outdoor equipment is safe and properly maintained
Follow health, safety, and medication procedures responsibly
Attend required trainings and staff meetings
Demonstrate professional, courteous, cooperative behavior at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
90-Hour Certificate (45 hours Child Development + 45 hours Curriculum)
Minimum age of 19
Ability to pass a criminal background check
At least 1 year of experience working with preschool-aged children
