Crew Members will also assist with tasks and responsibilities as assigned to the operations delivery teams.Job Responsibilities:Work/communicate with our sales and service teams to deliver customer value and satisfaction.Communicate technical issues and spa care information, as neededAssist in all phases of product delivery and installationRecord delivery checklist results for all jobsAssist to diagnosis installation spa issues and solutionsDrive vehicle and trailer (including gooseneck trailer), as necessaryReport any vehicle maintenance issues and maintain vehicles to standardsMaintain professional appearance and customer interaction to Georgia Spa Company standardsRequirements:HEAVY LIFTINGDriver's LicenseClean driving recordForklift trained and capableAble to deliver and install all hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and accessoriesDOT Driver medical card and physical (GSC pays for card if obtained)Good customer interaction skills with clean appearancePositive attitude and enjoy a challengeMust be able to work with minimal supervisionPossess strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detailMaintain Georgia Spa Company standards in compliance with the company employee manualPreferred:Passion for problem solvingConstruction backgroundElectrical backgroundStrong mechanical aptitudePool/Spa installation experience
