The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' needs and implementing care plans tailored to each individual's requirements. You will work with patients primarily in cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, neuro, ortho, and oncology specialties.ResponsibilitiesConduct home health assessments and develop Individualized Plans of Care.Provide education to patients and their families regarding medications, safety, and rehabilitation.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation.Utilize various medical equipment such as crutches, gait belts, and supplemental oxygen delivery systems effectively.Ensure safety and injury prevention practices are followed during patient care.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of home health experience required.OASIS training preferred.Valid state nursing license in Florida or a compact license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption required.Flu vaccination required or declination with mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
