Senior Consultant - IAM Program Manager

We hope you'll consider joining our team of experienced professionals who are building their careers at Kalles Group—and having fun while doing it.WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Senior Consultant – Program Manager specializing in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will lead complex, enterprise-level programs that operate at the intersection of security, technology, and business transformation. This is not a task-tracking role—you will serve as the true program lead, bringing structure and clarity to multi-workstream initiatives with executive visibility. You will operate within established PMO governance frameworks while influencing senior leaders, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring strategic objectives are delivered on time and within scope.You will walk into ambiguity, assess competing priorities, and create order—sequencing initiatives, defining accountability, managing risk, and elevating communication to the executive and board level. Your ability to frame risk, defend timelines and funding, and operate confidently in security-driven, platform-heavy environments will be critical to success.Key Responsibilities: Lead complex, multi-workstream cybersecurity and IAM programs with enterprise-wide impactEstablish program structure, governance, and operating rhythms in environments lacking clarity or consistencyDevelop and manage integrated program plans that align technical execution with business objectivesOperate effectively within a formal PMO, ensuring compliance with governance standards, reporting requirements, and escalation processesBuild executive-level reporting materials, including ELT and board-ready presentationsClearly articulate program risk, trade-offs, funding needs, and timeline impacts to senior leadershipDrive cross-functional alignment across security, engineering, infrastructure, and business teamsEnsure accountability across workstreams, proactively removing roadblocks and addressing bottlenecksMaintain enterprise-level visibility into program health, dependencies, and delivery milestonesSupport IAM and security-related platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader cybersecurity strategyABOUT YOU:Your values:Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.YOUR EXPERIENCE:7+ years of experience leading complex enterprise programs, including multi-workstream initiatives with executive visibilityDemonstrated experience serving as a true program lead (not solely a project manager), bringing structure and governance to ambiguous environmentsExperience operating within a formal PMO structure, reporting into senior leadership (Director-level or above), and adhering to enterprise governance standardsProven ability to develop and present executive-level reporting materials for ELT and board audiencesStrong experience communicating program risk, defending timelines, and navigating funding discussions under pressureExperience in cybersecurity, IAM, or security-adjacent platform environmentsWorking knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts (e.g., provisioning, authentication, governance, PAM, SSO, MFA)Ability to sequence complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across technical and business teamsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presenceStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans WHAT WE OFFER:The annual salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000.
