Please visit cantexcc.com for more information on this location.Must Have Snf/Ltc Experience.Job Summary: The purpose of the Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator is to provide support to the communities management in the areas of processing payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.QualificationsQualifications:A high school diploma is required, a college degree is preferred or equivalent courseworkPrevious experience within HR functionsKnowledge of various timekeeping systems preferredExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employeesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organization and prioritizing skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to read, write, and speak the English languageEssential Functions:Review employee timecards daily for accuracy and transmit timecards bi-weekly to payroll for processingProcess all invoices for the community to Accounts payablePrepare and maintain all employee personnel and payroll files assuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentialityAssist in the management of all recruitment and retention efforts Assist in the administration of annual benefits and performance evaluationsAssist employees with routine inquiries concerning payroll, benefits, personnel policies, employment openings Provide support to managers in coaching and counseling employees Assist in implementation of all company sponsored events/programs for employees Promotes Committed to Excellence culture through the CommunityAssist Administrator in conducting Right Start to Excellence orientationAssist the Administrator and Director of Nursing in scheduling/coordinating continuing education as deemed necessary Investigate any grievance filed by an employee and recommend resolution Process all unemployment claims to TWC including hearingsFunction as a leader within the Community as a department headResponsible for assuring patient/resident safety.Other duties as assigned by the Administrator#MPWe are an Equal opportunity employer; We offer an excellent benefit plan to include 401K with match, CEU reimbursement, vacation, sick, holidays, medical, dental, and supplemental insurance Plans as well as a Highly competitive compensation package.
