Their responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. They also handle customer complaints, implement marketing strategies to attract more patrons, and collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to enhance efficiency and profitability.
