Production Controller

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Production Controller to become an integral part of our team! You will plan and monitor work flow as well as material movement in outside processes and deliveries to ensure continuous operations. This job will have a start pay, a 3 month evaluation and another after 6 months to adjust pay and benefits.Responsibilities:Take care of incoming/outgoing and maintenance of all customer ordersMust determine all outside processes needed and organize completion for on time shipmentMaintain open order spreadsheet and create work orders for the machine operatorsMust communicate well with customers and vendors as needed to relay important informationWork with Operations Manager to maintain proper schedulingQualifications:Must have excellent Multi Tasking Skills as this is a fast paced positionMicrosoft Office and Excel and general knowledge of computers in order to access all customer portalsGreat Customer Service skills to discuss jobs with customers and OSP suppliersStrong organizational skills A MUSTBasic knowledge of blueprint reading for important notes that pertain to outside processes on partsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeadline and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionNorth State Machine Inc. offers precision CNC machining by qualified machinists, using the latest solid works and feature cam technology.Super clean, climate-controlled facility.
