Brief DescriptionLocation: Mid-City Los AngelesSchedule: Part-time (approx. 20–25 hours/week)About The RoleWe’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing & Office Coordinator to support ourgrowing team and help keep our Mid-City office running smoothly. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and offers hands-on experience across marketing, events, office operations, and brand support.This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career, especially a recent graduate or someone looking to break into the marketing industry, who is eager to learn, stay organized, and jump in wherever needed.While this role is primarily based in-office, flexibility is required. The ideal candidate must be comfortable occasionally traveling to events, retail locations, and our Camarillo farm location to support the team as needed. This role may also include occasional local errands, such as picking up supplies, products, or materials from vendors and partners around Los Angeles. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed for events and activations.Key Responsibilities Maintain overall office organization, cleanliness, and day-to-day operations Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and restocking (snacks, coffee, etc.) Receive, organize, and distribute incoming packages, shipments, and deliveries Pack and ship outgoing packages, event materials, and orders as needed Organize and maintain storage areas, including inventory of samples and merchandise Track and manage inventory levels for office supplies, samples, and merch Support company events with setup, breakdown, and on-site assistance as needed Assist with ordering meals and coordinating catering for meetings or events Coordinate office vendors including cleaning services, maintenance, and facility needs Help maintain a welcoming, functional office environment for team members and guests Provide general administrative and marketing support to the team as neededQualifications Must be 21 years of age or older 1-2 years of office, administrative, coordinator, or similar experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong communication and time management skills Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Comfortable with light physical tasks including organizing storage, event setup, andmoving boxes Ability to occasionally lift or move boxes up to 25–50 lbs using dollies or otherequipment Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Comfortable traveling occasionally to Camarillo, retail locations, and various event sitesthroughout Los AngelesWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, excited to gain hands-on experience, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
