Corporate Director of Human Resources
Position OverviewThe Human Resources Director will lead all aspects of human resources across the organization, partnering closely with executive leadership to support growth, improve employee engagement, strengthen compliance, and develop scalable people processes.This role requires a leader who can operate both strategically and tactically—someone capable of developing long-term talent initiatives while also rolling up their sleeves to solve day-to-day challenges in employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development.The HR Director will oversee HR operations supporting corporate employees, field leadership, branch operations, and professional services teams nationwide.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the organization's HR strategy aligned with company's growth objectivesServe as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and culture initiativesBuild scalable HR processes to support continued national expansionDrive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiativesEstablish HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support executive decision-makingEmployee Relations & Performance ManagementLead employee relations efforts and provide guidance on complex employee mattersManage investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and workplace concernsDevelop and oversee performance management programsCoach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development, and performance improvementCompensation, Benefits & HR OperationsEvaluate and administer compensation programs, incentive plans, and benefits offeringsPartner with leadership on compensation benchmarking and organizational structureOversee HRIS systems, employee records, reporting, and process optimizationManage annual benefits renewals and vendor relationshipsLeadership Development & CultureBuild leadership training and development programs for branch managers, district managers, and corporate leadersFoster a culture of accountability, performance, inclusion, and employee engagementDevelop succession planning initiatives for key leadership rolesChampion company values and culture throughout the organizationQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience5+ years managing HR teams and organizational initiativesStrong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment lawsExperience supporting multi-location operationsProven success in developing HR policies, processes, and scalable infrastructureStrong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skillsPreferredStaffing, workforce solutions, light industrial, professional recruiting, or service-based industry experienceSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certificationExperience supporting rapid-growth organizationsHRIS implementation and optimization experience
