Position SummaryLifeguard Press is seeking a motivated, analytical, and growth-focused Amazon Marketplace Specialist to support the continued growth of our Amazon marketplace business. Working cross-functionally with internal creative, marketing, and advertising teams to identify opportunities for improving listings, increasing visibility, and driving marketplace growth; this role supports marketplace operations, product performance analysis, listing optimization, and marketplace growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working with data, and eager to help improve product performance within Amazon’s ecosystem.Location: In-Office; Bowling Green, KY | Type: Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt)Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Marketplace ManagementCreate, manage, and optimize Amazon product listingsMonitor listing health, catalog issues, and account performanceSupport product launches, promotions, and marketplace initiativesMaintain accurate product content, keywords, and backend dataHelp ensure listings remain competitive, accurate, and optimized for conversionInventory & Replenishment SupportAssist with Amazon inventory planning and replenishment activities to help maintain healthy stock levelsSupport shipment preparation and replenishment workflows in coordination with internal teamsMonitor inventory performance, stock levels, and product demand trends to help prevent stockouts and overstock situationsHelp track replenishment timelines and support ongoing marketplace operations related to inventory managementAdvertising, Analytics & Marketplace GrowthAnalyze Amazon sales, advertising, and marketplace data to identify trends and growth opportunitiesMonitor KPIs including conversion rates, product rankings, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and overall sales performanceSupport Amazon promotions, coupons, events, and merchandising initiatives to help drive product salesConduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve search visibility and conversion ratesUse internal software tools to optimize and A/B test product listings, keywords, titles, bullet points, and contentContinuously improve listings and product performance using marketplace data, search trends, and customer insightsWork with internal teams and external advertising partners to support marketplace growth initiativesContent & Listing OptimizationIdentify opportunities to improve product listings, imagery, and customer experienceCollaborate with internal creative teams to improve listing presentation and A+ contentMonitor competitor listings and marketplace trends to recommend content improvementsProblem Solving & OperationsTroubleshoot Amazon listing and operational issuesNavigate Amazon’s evolving platform and adapt quickly to marketplace changesTake ownership of assigned projects and follow through to completionIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and marketplace performanceOther Projects and Duties as assignedExperience, Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, or Marketing preferred1 - 2 years’ hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or eCommerce preferred Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (required) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends and growth opportunities through marketplace and advertising dataComfortable interpreting data and identifying trends and opportunitiesSelf-Starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a willingness to learnStrong problem-solving and follow-through skillsStrong attention to detail and organization with the ability to work quickly and effectively under deadlinesAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesClear and effective written and verbal communication skills (English required) Strong communication and collaboration skills when working across teams and projectsA continuous improvement mindset focused on optimizing product performance and overall sales growthComfort navigating ambiguity and adapting within Amazon’s constantly evolving platformPhysical RequirementsMust be able to sit and work at a computer for the duration of shiftMust be able to lift and carry packages up to 25 poundsAbout UsLifeguard Press is an internationally known provider of licensed, high profile designer gifts, stationery, and accessories, reaching a global customer base through multiple channels including major brand collaborations; direct retail consumer sales (.com), independent/specialty gift stores and major department stores.
