You will support our residents and work hand-in-hand with our already wonderful team of compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers.Your Job Responsible for the general maintenance of the facility, including all common areas, resident rooms, grounds, equipment, and mechanicalPerform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenanceLead by example and maximize each resident’s quality of lifeComplete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisorRespond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairsComply with all safety and health regulationsWe appreciate our employees and reward them for working hard.
